In this workshop, you will explore different leadership styles, share and reflect on personal experiences, and gain insights into various leadership approaches. You will also examine the role of social interactions and group structures, with special attention to diversity in leadership within international research teams.
The workshop is part of the “Act” category. This is because, at the end of the first day, you will receive a homework assignment based on real-world scenarios, designed to help you reflect on your own leadership experience so far.
